Therapeutic Supervised Visitations (TSV)

Where Legal Complexity Meets Human Understanding

Therapeutic supervised visitation (TSV) is a service provided for families who have been awarded supervised visitation by court order, or through mutual agreement and consent of the custodial and non-custodial parents/guardians. Using the highest level of supervision, TSV gives non-custodial parents the ability to see their child/ren while simultaneously complying with court orders, including OFPs, DANCOs, and HROs. Parents and children spend time together while being provided guidance, safety, and space to work on and develop healthy relationships.

Because there is a therapeutic component to the service, parents have the option of using insurance, either theirs or their child’s/ren’s, depending on what the court order states. Outside of co-pays and deductibles, we accept as payment in full what your insurance pays. For parents who want to pay out of pocket, the cost is $190 per hour. Supervised visitation sessions are scheduled in two-hour time blocks. As with any healthcare decision, we recommend parents talk to their insurance provider to ensure family therapy is covered under their policy.

Additionally, unless there is a subpoena, any written notes or communication are the exclusive property of Reunify, llc. If there is a subpoena, Reunify, llc will provide summaries of visits.
